12:07 PM The cleanup is finished after the Capps explosion and Pro Stock is on the pad. Man this was a Pro Stock race. This was as close a win as I've seen:

K Joh: 60ft-1.017 sec., 330ft-2.878, 660ft-4.431/158.65mph, 1,000ft-5.762

Four out of Marnell's last five round are now holeshot wins:

M Osb: 60ft-1.020 sec., 330ft-2.883, 660ft-4.434/158.37mph, 1,000ft-5.763

Another holeshot win and this one goes to Edwards over Alderman.

Hammonds was late but Pawuk was just a tick later. Hammonds gets the win and a trip to the second round.

Warren earns lane choice over Tom Hammond next round. Neither light was sterling but Warren got a good jump at the starting line. That's low et of the round with some hitters left to come.

Gaines appears to get just a little bit loose at mid track and It's Yates with the win.

Even start and it's a horsepower win for Bruce Allen and Reher-Morrison. Allen will have lane choice over Marnell.

Krisher with a great light and a good win. He will have lane choice in round two over KJ.

1:37 PM Kurt actually out runs Ron Krisher as that worthy makes his slowest run of the weekend. It's been awhile since KJ has visited victory lane. I wonder if this is the weekend.

Edwards does it again. Another holeshot win and this time Yates is the victim.

Marnell is second off the line this time and his streak comes to an end. Allen will not have lane choice when he faces Edwards next round.

Warren pulls out a fairly close win over Hammonds. WJ meets KJ in the semi final and it's KJ with lane choice.

3:03 PM Allen is second off the line but has the power to pass Edwards and go into the final.

And it will be WJ that will face off with Allen in the final. KJ was later than his dad and can't play catch up.

3:59 PM Well, this was over early. Warren was very late as compared to Allen and he gave up the chase at about 1000 feet. I couldn't tell of Warren spun the tires or he left when he saw Allen's tail lights but the result was the same. On this track it might not be the driver. Unofficially, that puts Allen in the points l;ead, by seven points over George Marnell.
