Pedregon with a slight starting line advantage and never looked back as Force Hood was up in smoke as soon as she hit the throttle. Pedregon with his first win this season and his 41st National event win.

Pro Stock Final Round

Coughlin is 18 - 8 against Edwards in prior events, but only 2 - 1 against Edwards in prior final rounds. Edwards has shown a two to three hundredths performance advantage in all three rounds today, so he had to be the favorite in this final round, as long as he stayed within a couple hundredths of Coughlin on the tree. Edwards went red and Coughlin pulls off a magic act, running exactly the same ET he ran in the semifinals. Unbelievable!

Pro Stock Motorcycle Final Round

This is his fourth National event win, and his first since Sonoma last year.

Lewis and Whiteley have each won 1 time against the other in prior events and Whiteley is 1 - 0 against Lewis in prior final rounds. This is Whiteley's ninth final round, Lewis' fourth. The rain this morning relegated the TAD warriors to a waiting game, not even making their first round eliminations runs until after two full rounds of Professional eliminations, in mid-afternoon. Now they are ready to bring this event to a conclusion - on the same day it was scheduled end, making it a "good event" by Bob Frey's definition. Whiteley was away first and Lewis was up in smoke early, making this an anticlimax. Whiteley scores his eighth national event win and second in a row. That's it, we're done!

Top Alcohol Funny Car Final Round

Harker shook the tires hard as soon as he hit the throttle and finally lifted around 200 feet. Manzo will double up for the Jeg's bonus.
