Hillary Will KB Racing dragster

Reading, Saturday:  After four sessions of qualifying at the 23rd annual NHRA Toyo Tires Nationals at Maple Grove Raceway, Hillary Will placed her KB Racing LLC-owned, Kalitta Motorsports-managed Top Fuel dragster in the No. 10 position.

Will’s best of four passes during Friday’s and Saturday’s qualifying was a pass of 4.5.88 seconds at a speed of 317.64 mph run in Saturday morning’s first qualifying session.

For Will to make the eight drivers that advance to the second segment of the Countdown to the Championship, she will have to make up 66 points during eliminations tomorrow. A difficult challenge, but achievable nonetheless.

In the opening round of eliminations she will face Clay Millican, who qualified No. 7 with an elapsed time of 4.560 seconds.
