Connolly puts up No. 2 time

Indianapolis, Friday:  "That was a great start," Dave Connolly said of his Mac Tools U.S. Open opening round performance Friday evening at O'Reilly Raceway Park.  The 6.731-second time left him in second place.

"The track seemed good . . . I think we might've underestimated it," added Connolly, who is attempting to officially clinched sixth place in the Countdown to 10 final event.  "That was good for us.  And we still have four more runs."
