Arana leader of the pack
Indianapolis, Saturday: Hector "The Hammer" Arana piloted his Lucas Oil Buell Pro Stock Motorcycle to the provisional pole position with his run of 6.954 seconds, 190.65 mph, after the completion of three of five qualifying sessions in the prestigious Mac Tools U.S. Nationals at O'Reilly Raceway Park. "Every point counts and we want as many as we can get," said Arana. "We really want a chance to battle for the title and keeping up this level of performance shows we want to win!"
