Weis qualifies fifth, goes low for the session

"We have absolutely no illusions about holding the number five spot with this run. I'm sure the track will be much better tomorrow. It's fun to say your number five tonight though. I want give a shout out to our fans. The way they greeted us when we came back from that run you'd swear, we had just set a national record or something. I love racing in "Tonight was good for the morale of the team, we're all having good laugh," said tuner Howard Weis. "It's one of those we-stunk-less-than-you deals. Nobody in second round tonight has anything to be proud of so, you might as well get a good laugh out of it. The track got the best of me tonight, but I'm in some real good company.
