Cohen headed in the right direction
Indianapolis, prerace: CMKXtreme Machine Pro Stock Motorcycle rider Connie Cohen looks as though she’s made a full recovery following a top end spill in Atlanta last May, with a solid performance during testing for the U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis. Cohen, and crew chief and head wrench, Marc Cohen, discovered some chassis problems that have been hindering their performance since the accident in May. Now that Cohen has been able to correct the problems, The CMKXtreme/SOOoo Good International Suzuki is once again running straight and true and Cohen’s best run in testing was 7.28, a notable improvement since running strong earlier in the season “We’ve been working non-stop on the CMKX Suzuki,” said an exhausted Cohen. “We’ve changed a lot of things to try and figure out the problem and I‘m really looking forward to compete at Indy. We have all the confidence in the world that we can run well enough to qualify for the U. S. Nationals.
