Del Worsham DHL Toyota

Las Vegas, Friday: Del Worsham made two solid laps on Friday, running a 4.884 during the first session and then following that up with a 4.800 at 325.22 mph during the final run, to land 6th after one day of qualifying here in Las Vegas.

"It's all good, I have no complaints," Worsham said. "We still have the same consistent car we've had for the last few races, and it's still really charging at the top end. This CSK Monte Carlo wants to run speed, I'll tell you that. We ran 322 and 325 today, and both laps were nice and solid, nothing edgy at all.

"Las Vegas is always a bit hectic, I guess just because it's Las Vegas. We have lots to do here at the track, and with our friends from CSK tonight. Tomorrow night, a bunch of us are planning on going to the World Of Outlaws sprint car race, and we're all looking forward to that. I'm looking forward to two more solid laps tomorrow, though, before we walk next door to the WoO race."
